For this commercial exterior, the focus was on creating a more polished building presence while keeping the architecture easy to read. We used a light façade, dark rooflines, black railings, stone at the base, and structured landscaping to bring order and contrast to a large elevation. The renderings helped us study the rhythm of windows, balconies, entry points, and the overall roof shape. The final direction feels classic, professional, and more welcoming from the street.
