A previously multipurpose apartment den, reorganized through strategic planning into distinct zones for storage, gathering, and entertainment. We treated the compact footprint as an opportunity to be precise, making sure each zone had a clear purpose without crowding the room. Storage was integrated to reduce visual clutter, while the gathering and entertainment areas were shaped to feel comfortable, flexible, and easy to use. The final plan makes the den work much harder for the client while still feeling intentional, relaxed, and connected to the rest of the home.
