Designed for a family of twelve on a property bordering both lake and farm — built around casual living, functionality, and sophistication. We approached the design with durability and ease at the centre, knowing the home needed to support large family gatherings, everyday mess, and quiet moments by the water. Natural materials, relaxed textures, and practical layouts helped connect the interiors to the surrounding landscape without making the spaces feel too rustic. The finished direction feels generous, grounded, and ready for a full house — refined enough for hosting, but comfortable enough for daily life.
